Presale Policy
Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase:
Extras for In Hand Drops after a Presale
- Extras are always ordered for in hand to account for flaws or other presale replacements. Generally 3-10 per variant depending on quantity sold.
- Patreon Members will get early access to these quantities for 1hr during the day of the in hand drop. Ex: the Public Drop is at 7pm , Patreon Members get early access from 5pm until 6pm. Extras are sold at least 3 weeks from pins being shipped to Presale buyers.
- After some time has passed that my extras didn't fully sell on my main site , they will be listed on Etsy.
Form of Payment
- I accept Paypal/ Any major credit/debit cards through my BigCartel Website.
- Usually during LE drops you may try to purchase a pin while it sells out. In this case you may receive a temporary charge to your bank and no order confirmation. This means that your order did not go through and you should receive a refund within a couple of business days.
Address Changes
- Please let me know your address change as soon as you can. Address changes can be made at any time before I print the shipping label.
- To speed up production, I always offer a proof of the artwork already done with the manufacturer and have it posted on the website before purchase. This helps speed up the process by 1-2 weeks.
- Pin prices may increase during In Hands according to multiple factors. One of them being that the pin ended up being a lower LE during Presale in which causes production per unit to be much higher than initially predicted. Price changes may vary from $3-$10 .
Drop Buddies
- I accept address changes, and combine orders if you have a drop buddy for a certain drop. Please be sure to DM or email me ASAP and I will have it taken cared of. For in hand drops , many times I will ship the same day so I encourage being notified of an address changes asap. Holds will not be allowed.
Reselling/ Trading
There are no rules for Selling/Trading pins.
UV Printing
- This method is mainly used now at my store. All pins presold in 2026 and forward will not have screenprint due to its many delays and simplification of artworks that I pin. Instead, after conducting multiple tests and adding coating to them to make them smoother finish, me and my factory have achieved the same level of quality as screenprint and now pins can be done at a much faster and reliable pace with one of the latest UV technology . Other makers are now also starting to adopt this method from them. UV usually has a bad reputation due to being compared to very grainy or older UV quality without coating which makes them matte finish so I wanted to add it here as I care a lot about the quality and final look of the pins. My factory specializes in it instead of screenprinting. You can check the final pin results under my reposts.
Grading System
All Pins are handmade. I cannot guarantee flawless pins. I do not grade sides and back of the pins (unless the posts are missing). Please check below how I grade them.
These have minor visible flaws. Mostly noticeable from when looked up closely. Generally, they may have 5 or less flaws such as little dust marks in no vital places. They are the best of the batch!
B GRADES
These have more visible minor flaws when looked up closely. They are still in great condition. And the flaws do not affect their look when displayed. Many flaws include dust marks stuck on the coating. In many times this can only be seen when putting the pin at an angled reflection. It is common to happen on my pins as I coat all the UV printing on them to protect and give it a more vibrant/smoother look.
C GRADES
These have more noticeable flaws at arms length but a budget friendly option for those who care less about imperfections. Facial minor flaws are automatically a C grade. They may have bigger particles stuck on the coating or print/enamel flaws. These to me are still in displayable condition. I will not sell C grades with full miscolored enamel unless in minor areas.
D GRADES
These have more major flaws such as big scratches, missing enamel, more flaws on the print/face. Flaws are noticeable at arms lengh so they are heavily discounted!
- Scratches/scuffs / specs
- Coating flaws such as hardened clear coating leakage outside the printed area. (This usually is graded as B grades if the leakage is not big, or C Grades if it is more noticeable as these can only mainly be seen at an angled reflection.)
- Dust Marks, air bubbles, pin pricks, indents or dust on the coating/print.
- Enamel overfill/ underfill areas.
- Plating flaws in front of the pin.
- Facial Flaws
- Miscolored Enamel
- Misalignments
Many of the same type of flaws can still fall into any of the Grading categories. However, the more noticeable a flaw is, the lower the grade the pin will be.
All Presale pins are Mixed A/B Grade. Starting June 2026 C grades will also be offered during Presales and capped at 5-10 spots at a lower price.
Shipping
Combining Orders / Holds
- In Hand Drop pins can be combined upon requests. Please send me an email or DM within 30 minutes of purchase as I always start packing shortly after. Once the label is printed I can no longer combine.
- Presale pins no longer can be combined due to the volume of pins I receive to ship at once. (Apologies on not being able to offer this anymore. I work fulltime at a company as well so the time gets a bit limited. I will still try to make an exception for international orders if I dont get more than 7 pin batches at once, feel free to request it.)
- Presale orders cannot be combined with In Hand pins.
- Once Pins are shipped to me from the factories I prep and ship them within a week.
- In Hand Orders apart from drop days may take longer to ship. Instead of the same day, they may take 2-5 business days. Current shipping day happens on Sunday/Monday every week.
Refunds
All sales are final with a few exceptions:
- Pins not reaching funding will be refunded within 24 hours of Preorder closing.
- Any issues with the pins upon receiving it. if I dont have a replacement I will be offering a refund.
- Pins taking longer than 6 months in the making. Most of my pins may take around 3-5 months, however a few may reach a longer period depending on changes and complications during the manufacting.
- I do not offer refunds or replacements for lost packages once scanned by the post office. If something goes missing, please get in touch with your local post office right away. All domestic orders include shipping insurance to help cover lost or stolen items.
- Duplicate orders made from drop buddies cannot be refunded.
Replacements
- Extras are sold at least 3 weeks from the date packages are dropped off to presale buyers. During this period, please let me know asap if there is an issue with your order. After this, I will not be able to give out replacements.
FAQ
- Are you planning on opening more Patreon spots?
The Patreon is closed and will not be reopening at this time. The earliest possible openings will be 2027 for a few more then cap it for the year. However, check the Patreon back during the first and last day of the month. This is usually when a few spots may open if people leave throughout the month.
- How can I guarantee an A Grade?
Currently all or my presales are Mixed A/B Grades . The earlier you order the higher chances are you will receive an A grade pin but not guaranteed . Since most are open preorder I cannot guarantee I will have A grades for everyone as I dont order a lot of extras and only enough to account for C grades.
- Do you restock?
I rarely restock but I may occasionally do with variants. However this is more rare for Open Preorder pins as they are meant for only one run.
- When will certain pins drop?
