Presale Policy
Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase:
- Pin production times may take 1 - 6 months depending on changes and complexity of the pin. By purchasing a pin during a presale, be sure that you agree to the wait time required for the production of the pin.
- During the 5th month, if the pin is still not ready in production, we can also redo the transaction so your purchase has protection for another 6 months via paypal.
- No refunds will be given for presale pins up to 6 months unless we make exceptions for the situations that will include unexpected major delays past the given deadline in production of these pins. Eligibility for a refund also includes if the pin has to be remade , resulting in a notice of added months in production ( I will be sure to announce this in my instagram if it happens).The reason for not giving refunds on presale items is that the funds are used for making the pin, and it is usually out of our control the speed that the manufacturer can currently make specific pins as they are all unique and handmade.
- To speed up production, I always offer a proof of the artwork already done with the manufacturer and have it posted on the website before purchase. This helps speed up the process by 1-2 weeks.
Grading Policy
Because every pin in my Shop is handmade, I do not sell flawless collectible pins. Please refer to this Grading Scale Before purchasing.
I do not grade sides and backs of the pins but I try to make sure the postings are unbent.
A GRADES
A grade pins have minimal visible flaws. Most A grade flaws can only be seen under strong lighting and different angles. Minor imperfections may include:
- Slight under-fill in areas
- Minor scratches
- Dust particles or air bubbles
- Overfilled enamel in some spots
- Small screenprint offsets
- Minor surface marks
B GRADES
B Grade pins can have more noticeable flaws than A grades, many times they can still be considered A Grades for other makers.- Larger under-filled areas
- More scratches/scuffs
- More significant enamel overfills
- Noticeable screenprint errors
- Facial flaws
- Multiple dust particles or air bubbles
C GRADES
C grade pins have highly visible flaws. These are the last from the batch that did not pass for an A or B grade.
- Highly under-filled areas
- Numerous scratches/scuffs
- Major screenprint errors
- Significant enamel overfills
- Large color errors or facial flaws
Every lower grade pin may contain flaws stated in the higher grade pin,
MIXED GRADES
Mixed Grade pins will contain either A or B grades and will be picked at random.
Combining Orders / Holds
- No Presale combinations during the Presale drop. If multiple pins arrive in hand together, feel free to ask for combinations. An excess shipping refund will be given.
- To avoid confusion/mixing/or sending out packages by mistake, I do not combine Domestic/ International orders after pins have been purchased separately in multiple days. If purchased during the same day with notice before start packaging I will gladly combine it. (Please send an email or DM notifying me on this).
- I do not accept holds of any kind.
- Please try not to combine in hand pins with preorders as this can result in me holding multiple packages and I'm always afraid of mixing inventory due to this.
Refunds/Returns
- All purchases are final and non-refundable. If your pin arrives damaged and I don’t have a replacement in stock, you’ll receive a refund to your original form of payment.
- I do not offer refunds or replacements for lost packages once scanned by the post office. If something goes missing, please get in touch with your local post office right away. All domestic orders include shipping insurance to help cover lost or stolen items.
- Grading: If you have purchased from a presale or an in hand A/B grade pin but received a highly flawed pin, please contact me as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving your pin for it to be replaced.
- Shipping:
- Domestic Packages : All Domestic packages are insured. If your package gets lost by USPS please contact me ASAP. I will open a claim on your behalf for a refund. If the claim is accepted you are welcomed to repurchase the pin if I still have it in my posession. In the case it is denied, I will send you a replacement.
- Please contact your local post office if there are any issues with the delivery of your pin.
- International Packages :
- International packages are uninsured. Please contact me if you would like your package to be insured. There will be an additional fee.
- I am not liable for any customs fees, duties, or taxes related to your order.
- I will also not be liable if there was an address change I was not notified in time before shipping out the packages.
- In Hand/ Presale Refunds: All sales are final. There will be no refunds or cancellations during in hand or presale drops. Refunds will only be eligible if a pin takes longer than 6 months in production.
- Duplicate orders made from drop buddies cannot be refunded.
Drop Buddies
I accept address changes, and combine orders if you have a drop buddy for a certain drop. Please be sure to DM or email me ASAP and I will have it taken cared of. For in hand drops , many times I will ship the same day so I encourage being notified of an address changes asap. Holds will not be allowed.
